Government schools from California and Oregon to Louisiana and beyond have been bribing children into taking COVID injections without parental consent, sparking outrage and even lawsuits among parents of the victims. Similar stories about the controversial shot being administered against parents’ wishes are surfacing nationwide.
In Los Angeles, mother Maribel Duarte, who usually supports vaccines, told reporters that government-school officials at Barack Obama Global Prep Academy used pizza to bribe her 13-year-old son into taking the injection. Then the woman responsible pressured the child to deceive his parents about the flagrant violation of parental rights.
“The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son, ‘Please don’t say anything. I don’t want to get in trouble,'” Duarte, the mother, told reporters in complaining about the assault on her rights. “It hurt to know he got a shot without my permission, without knowing and without signing any papers for him to get the shot.”
When asked about illegally vaccinating children without even informing parents, much less obtaining permission, Los Angeles public schools officials refused to confirm or deny. Instead, a spokesman for the district, which has mandated the injections for children 12 and up, spouted the usual propaganda about the shots.
“Vaccinations are an essential part of the multi-layered protection against COVID-19 to keep our students safe and healthy for in person instruction,” the spokesman said. “The school has an overall vaccination rate of over 80 percent and will continue to work closely with its community for all eligible students to meet the vaccination deadline.”
In some states such as Oregon, meanwhile, state law even allows children as young as 15 to make medical decisions — including on whether to receive the risky COVID injections — without regard to their parents’ wishes. While some counties there are trying to stop that infringement on the rights of parents, the state is adamant.
North Carolina had similar policies but state lawmakers fixed the issue in August.
In New York City, government bureaucrats offered children $100 to take the injection. While parents’ consent was still supposedly required, the temptation to forge a signature or use other dishonest means is obviously huge — especially for children indoctrinated to reject traditional morality in government schools.
Even conservative states have seen instances of government schools injecting children with the experimental COVID shots against parents’ wishes. In Louisiana, for instance, a child who handed in a consent form at a public school without a parental signature was given a COVID injection anyway. Now there is a lawsuit.
“The egregious and reckless actions of Ochsner and East Jefferson High School went well beyond any legal or moral bounds and, at a minimum, constitute a battery upon the minor child,” attorney Shelly Maturin told local media, referring to the injection administrator and the public school in question.
Calling the situation a “nightmare,” the attorney said it “should shock the conscience of all citizens of Louisiana.” Maturin also promised in a statement quoted by media outlets that “every legal avenue will be pursued to make sure that justice is served.”
“Hopefully, this type of reckless behavior will stop immediately, and no other parents or children will have to go through this nightmare,” Maturin added, noting that the lawsuit targets the government school in question, the Jefferson Parish School Board, and the mobile vaccinators at Ochsner Health who actually administered the shot.
Officials apologized for what they claimed was an error. But of course, there is no way to reverse the effects of the injection, which numerous medical and scientific experts have described as potentially catastrophic. There has also been almost no mention of the fact that children are at essentially zero risk of COVID.
That government schools across America are injecting children with experimental and potentially deadly shots without parental consent should not be surprising — especially considering the escalating hostility to parental rights and even families. The only way for parents to truly protect their children is to remove them from government’s clutches.
