Biden’s Cold, Dark, Divisive Holiday Rhetoric

Well, so much for ‘Merry Christmas.’ The Biden Harris dark winter is here. But their policies are failing and they are now blaming Americans.

Few may remember on November 2, 2020, Kamala Harris tweeted this:
“The first thing Joe Biden and I will do in the White House is get this virus under control.”

How embarrassing. That sure did not age well. Now, just over a year later, while President Donald Trump spoke at a Christian church and preached Jesus, President Joe Biden insulted half the nation and preached death and division.

In case you missed it last week, the Biden White House actually shamed and warned freedom-loving citizens who have decided not to get the shot. It was almost unbelievable. As Fauci and global elites push perpetual booster shots and mandates, Biden did his part:

“We are looking at a winter of severe illness and death for the unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. But there’s good news: If you’re vaccinated and you have your booster shot, you’re protected from severe illness and death,” Biden said.

He went from promising to control the virus to warning about the sky falling on you if you’re on the opposite side. This seems to be their new modus operandi. Fear mongering. Insulting. Virtue signaling. According to the liberal media and Biden Democrats, the unwanted, unwashed, unvaccinated masses are basically doomed.

And there will be no Christmas for you and your family unless you comply. Biden also said a vaccinated public will help safeguard the country’s economic recovery.

In his speech Tuesday, Biden invoked “overwhelming science” to justify his Charlie Vector David one niner solutions — shots, boosters, masking, and avoiding people. Not much has changed from last year. This administration has been short on facts and helpful details to back up the so-called science behind his plan to end the panic-demic.

The president also blamed the ongoing rise in cases on those purveying “dangerous misinformation.” Translation: truthful reporting that disagrees with the Democrat narrative. When you censor free speech, an entire side of the debate while pushing progressive propaganda, you have implemented communist policy.

Can you imagine if Trump openly silenced his opposition, or promised to get the virus under control and failed miserably? How do you think the radical talking heads and big tech media conglomerate would react? Calls for impeachment, perhaps? Sadly, there’s no accountability for old Joe and caustic Kamala, and don’t expect there to be since secular progressives control the culture.

On the one hand Biden says things like this hoping some will look at him as a savior:

“I want to send a direct message to the American people: Due to the steps we’ve taken, Omicron has not yet spread as fast as it would have otherwise done,”

Thank God! He saved the country from Omicron! But wait; on the other hand, he almost hysterically warns about the new variant:

“It’s here now, and it’s spreading, and it’s going to increase,”

As he said, we’re heading for severe illness and death. So, which is it, sir? You cannot have it both ways. When will more people start to catch on?

From Biden’s doom and gloom back to President Trump’s appearance Sunday at First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. We don’t know where his faith is or if he is truly saved, but after sharing some sobering realities about where America is today, he pivoted to the gospel and said this from the pulpit:

“Our country needs a savior right now, and our country has a Savior, and that’s not me – that’s somebody much higher up than me, much higher up,” Trump said. “The life and death and resurrection of Jesus Christ forever changed the world.”

It would be nice to hear a sitting president say such things, but don’t hold your breath. Just pray for the church and nation to repent, commit to resist tyranny by fighting back, and strive to build coalitions and networks to expose evil and hold leaders accountable.

Most important, since we don’t know the future, believe the gospel! Make sure you are right with God and investing in the most important relationships in your life, starting with Jesus, our personal Redeemer. And if you have time, please check out my sermon from last Sunday called “Mighty God, the Root and Descendant of David.”
