Let us all feel the love this Valentine’s week, with the most love going to those who hate all of us, the common folk. All of those who kept us locked down, locked out, and locked up. So who made the cut on this edition of loving to hate Americans? The list is long, and there will likely need to be multiple editions to cover all of them.
