There is plenty of work to do domestically for the president of the United States, so naturally President Biden leaves in the middle of the night on Sunday, Feb. 19 to fly covertly to Ukraine to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky. Biden spent Presidents’ Day with the Ukrainian president, committing the United States to providing full support, financial included, to the ongoing saga between Ukraine and Russia. Meanwhile, the Biden administration denied disaster relief to Ohio after the train derailment more than two weeks ago sent toxic gases up in a mushroom cloud over the small community of East Palestine.
