President of Wisconsin Family Council and WI Family Action. In 1997, Julaine came to work at The Wisconsin Family Council (WFC) as Director of Office Operations until 1998, when she was asked to become the Executive Director of WFC. She’s been working to preserve faith, family, and religious freedom for 25 years.
